                                                                 STANDARD RULES AND RESTRICTIONS:

• Must be 21yrs or older, all drivers must be present to be qualified same as renter.
• Body Shop Insurance and Service rentals require a $250 (refundable) Security Deposit.
• Must carry full coverage insurance (will be verified prior to renting).
• Major credit card in Renter's name (Deposit will be charged on credit card provided), No Debit or Prepaid cards accepted.
• 200 free daily miles, $.25 cents per extra mile plus tax.
• No pets or smoking, or it will result in a $200 Cleaning fee.
• Fuel not replaced, will result in a $6.00 per gallon (plus tax).
• Lost or damaged keys start at $250.00 (prices vary per model), will be charged before 2^nd key will be released.
• All rates are subject to a 10% state tax.
