I had great service - my car went to two other repair facilities- the first one did an alignment without my knowledge and messed up the steering - took it to another shop that couldn’t fix it and finally Toyota fixed it! Michael Scott was great to deal with!

The service Dept at Rockwall Toyota has been great every time I brought my vehicle in for service. The service advisors we worked with from Carl David to now Randy have always done a great job explaining all aspects of what needed to be completed, that is what keeps me coming back.

Swift service, as always! Typically deal with Kasey Boysaw, who's awesome, but was on PTO. Brian Carpenter greeted me right away to assist and check the vehicle in.
Until we went for pick up our experience was really quite good. Unfortunately, despite bringing a check for quick check out, it took us about 4 hours to leave with our car. This process should be stream-lined for cash pay.
Sam was amazing and kept me in loop during both my vehicles being serviced! Sam is was more knowledgeable than Pat Lobbs of McKinney!

I purchased a 2020 Kia Telluride from Toyota of Rockwall on June 7th. Shortly after the purchase, the vehicle indicated that it needed an oil change. I was told the vehicle had been inspected before being sold, so this was concerning. When I took it in for an oil change a few days later, I was told it had little to no oil. Vu and Aubrey at Toyota of Rockwall are phenomenal. We left another Toyota dealership and reached out to Toyota of Rockwall. Within one minute, Vu reached out to us. He confirmed that they had both vehicles that we were looking into. We arrived at the dealership within 20 minutes and he had both vehicles ready to go. Vu helped us get the vehicle that we needed and Aubrey helped finish the deal. Both were extremely helpful and patient with us.

Rockwall Toyota is failing to adhere to the warranty agreement. Citing that i used a 3rd party for repairs so they assume that whatever is wrong is caused by the 3rd party, regardless of proof if any wrongdoing by the 3rd party. Likely will be filing a breech of contract lawsuit

I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated by the sales manager at this dealership. I have never experienced this level of disrespect and dismissiveness from someone in a management position.
I came in genuinely trying to resolve an issue, and instead of listening to my concerns or attempting to offer any type of solution, the manager simply told me there was nothing he could do. I regularly take our Sequoia to Toyota of Rockwall for service and have always had a good experience with them. They are upfront about what service needs to be done and how much it is going to cost before they start the work. Mick Schott was excellent in working with me. Everything went well EXCEPT when the driver pulled my car up from the second wash and knocked over a soft drink can onto the driver's door threshold - actually a tiny incident, but you need... It didn't really require anything but acknowledgement... Keep excelling in the Service Department!

Toyota of Rockwell gave me next day appointment, ran my diagnostic and found the problem. Tuan Nguyen kept me informed by text that I needed a new battery and essentially waived my fee and told me to apply it to a new battery. Very professional and courteous and I would highly recommend.

I brought my car in with electrical problems. The driver’s door lock wasn’t working right and neither were the windshield wipers. $415 and almost an entire day later I left with the same problems. I may possibly never return there again. I hope I can find a mechanic not associated with a dealership who can treat me better.

I was standing in line for 20 minutes waiting to drop off my vehicle for an oil change. There was only one car in front of me, and although I had already been waiting for about 5 minutes, it took another 20 minutes for someone to come to the window, acknowledge me, and check me into the system. In my opinion, at the very least, someone should greet the customer and inform them of the expected waiting time. Even a simple acknowledgment would make the customer feel valued and appreciated
Facility is Clean. Pleasant and friendly staff. Not overly zealous- there aren’t salespeople hounding you every five minutes.

Customer service was good, but I’m disappointed with the diagnosis and repair process.
I paid a $200 diagnostic fee, which I was told would go toward the repair. I brought my truck in because it was leaking transmission fluid where the driveshaft and transmission meet. I was told the problem was the rear portion of the transmission and was recommended a $1,600 repair. I approved the repair, but the truck was still leaking a few days later.

Brought in the vehicle to repair the broken lever of a third row seat. The lever was broken due to a manufacturing defect from Toyota for a brand new 2026 vehicle. Left the vehicle at the service center and they were not able to repair it. The recommendation was to take the vehicle back until the replacement for the broken accessory is orderd. 1 month later, still have not received a call from the dealership. Having difficulty not being able to use the third row. Additionally, the sunglass holder and the Toyota dashcam were not functioning and was not repaired during service.
