The Dealership was very clean and everyone was friendly, just took a while to get into the finance section of the buy.

I was standing in line for 20 minutes waiting to drop off my vehicle for an oil change. There was only one car in front of me, and although I had already been waiting for about 5 minutes, it took another 20 minutes for someone to come to the window, acknowledge me, and check me into the system. In my opinion, at the very least, someone should greet the customer and inform them of the expected waiting time. Even a simple acknowledgment would make the customer feel valued and appreciated
Facility is Clean. Pleasant and friendly staff. Not overly zealous- there aren’t salespeople hounding you every five minutes.

Customer service was good, but I’m disappointed with the diagnosis and repair process.
I paid a $200 diagnostic fee, which I was told would go toward the repair. I brought my truck in because it was leaking transmission fluid where the driveshaft and transmission meet. I was told the problem was the rear portion of the transmission and was recommended a $1,600 repair. I approved the repair, but the truck was still leaking a few days later.

Brought in the vehicle to repair the broken lever of a third row seat. The lever was broken due to a manufacturing defect from Toyota for a brand new 2026 vehicle. Left the vehicle at the service center and they were not able to repair it. The recommendation was to take the vehicle back until the replacement for the broken accessory is orderd. 1 month later, still have not received a call from the dealership. Having difficulty not being able to use the third row. Additionally, the sunglass holder and the Toyota dashcam were not functioning and was not repaired during service.

Service department is great a 5. However, the used car sales department sucks. The car needed work to eligible for resale. I feel ravaged. Rear camera did not work, radio was not controllable and the rearview camera/screen did not work. Problems with A/C and auto doors and windows are failing.

Went to two other dealerships before coming to Rockwall. I researched what a fair price would be for truck and for my trade. Other dealerships gave me the runaround. Not here. Manager came out with salesman when I was ready to talk about a deal. He presented me with their sales price, I told him it was good, but the trade offer was too low. He came back and gave me what I wanted for my trade and did not charge me for the dealer pack on items. Easy, Peasy. Financing part was the hardest and took the longest.
I went in with a price, and they were able to beat it without all the back and forth. Glad to do business with my local dealer!

Toyota of Rockwall provided excellent service. I had a tire blowout, and Roadside Assistance towed my car there. They replaced the tire and there was no charge. Service was prompt and they kept me informed. Great place!

I feel like long story short I was taken advantage of and there was no empathy or kindness overall when trying to resolve issues. They DO NOT stand behind their products. They tote about being a family owned business…the family either doesn’t know or doesn’t care how poor the management is at communication and resolving issues. We bought a vehicle for $30,000 with 25k miles on it and were told it was in great condition, tip top. Less than 24 hours later the transmission isn’t working correctly. They will misdiagnose your vehicle, take your money for repairs that do not work, and then completely ghost you when caught in a lie.I brought my 2019 Corolla LE in for a steering/key issue and paid $933.83 for a new ignition cylinder. The car failed immediately with the exact same breakdown. Toyota of Rockwall is a wonderful dealership. Our salesperson, Mason, was great to work with. He was knowledgeable and kept us informed throughout the process of getting our brand new RAV4. The dealership itself had a great atmosphere that was comfortable and clean.
Nice and friendly people/staff, clean environment. If you do your maintenance it’s very quick you don't have to wait too long like in and out.

It’s nice to be informed of what’s happening and getting updates. Everything was great, but when I made the appointment I scheduled the brakes to be looked at again (the still sound awful when you reverse) along with the 15,000 miles check-up. We were told that it would be super late before they could look at the brakes, but our appointment was scheduled at 10:30. It was just a bummer, because we had to reschedule the brakes. That means another day off going to the dealer.

Layla was good with communication, and getting the deal worked through. She sent a video the night before of the car, and personal introduction which was a nice touch. I do feel there was a disconnect between finance, and myself as the costumer. I didn't get home from the dealership until after 3:00 pm. I hadn't eaten all day. I dropped my car for replacing a tire. It’s making noise after replacement I took again to the service center,they told me it should go way after driving some miles I had no problem with noise before this service
