This my fourth Toyota purchase from the Rockwall dealership, and I have always had a positive experience. However, this last time service was exceptional! Russell provided outstanding service, showcasing his knowledge of Toyota products and patience. I intend to return and work with him for my daughter's vehicle purchase. Gabriel in finance was also exceptional and a key factor in our continued loyalty to the dealership.

What a great experience at Toyota of Rockwall. For starters my sales associate Ameer Al Hadi was extremely professional, knowledgeable and worked tirelessly on my behalf. He made sure I got a great value for my trade in and advocated for me throughout the process. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and professional as well. And talk about a great place to be. The showroom has everything you could want including coffee, snacks, massage chairs and clean bathrooms. I’d definitely recommend Ameer and Toyota of Rockwall. 5 stars!
Layla was good with communication, and getting the deal worked through. She sent a video the night before of the car, and personal introduction which was a nice touch. I do feel there was a disconnect between finance, and myself as the costumer. I didn't get home from the dealership until after 3:00 pm. I hadn't eaten all day. Layla offered lunch, but I kept thinking I would be finished soon. I arrived at 9:30 am and left at 2:30 pm. I dropped my car for replacing a tire. It’s making noise after replacement I took again to the service center,they told me it should go way after driving some miles I had no problem with noise before this service

Tuan performed a thorough multi-point inspection to identify recommended maintenance and repairs. He communicated with me daily—sometimes multiple times a day—to keep me informed about the status of my vehicle and explain what repairs were needed. As far as I'm concerned, they get my car up and running. I've using them since 2023 with the same car.
I have consistently used this dealership for both of our vehicle’s maintenance for several years now. On my most recent visit, I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I had my two young children with me, fortunately, there is a playroom for children inside the dealership. Unfortunately, my visit took about 2.5 hours for the oil change and rotation. That’s a dreadfully long time for a relatively short job.
The place seemed more like a country club than a dealership!! I was very impressed with the Customer Service!!!
I didn't feel pressured and all my questions were answered thoroughly and quickly. I got the out the door price in minutes.

They took advantage on a service that wasn't even needed. The issue could have been solved clearing the dashboard message since the message alert was for cleaning the battery hybrid filters and I did it at home since it is well documented in the manual and online by Toyota.
I recently bought a 2025 Toyota Tacoma from Toyota of Rockwall, and I cannot recommend them enough, specifically Russell. He provided absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. Trading in and buying a vehicle can sometimes be a stressful process, but Russell made the entire shopping experience incredibly smooth, transparent, and easy. Overall an easy and simple experience. Went after lunch and left with my car early afternoon. Ameer was very easy to work with. No unnecessary back and forth.
Needed an oil change. Did an oil change. Got notified of some items needing to keep an eye on for the future with no pressure to do that right away.
Quinn Flowers and the entire Toyota of Rockwall did a great job finding exactly what we wanted. What we thought would take 4 to 6 months to find, they found a Supersonic Red RAV4 GR Sport for us in about 2 months. They didnt keep trying to sell me on some other color or some other trim. The service department is excellent. They have always gotten my car finished during the time they estimated .
Sam was kind, helpful and straight forward. Grateful for him being honest about diagnostic charges.
I took my truck in for a maintenance checkup and wanted them to look at a clicking sound that was happening when turning. Long story short, they told me they couldn’t replicate the issue, I picked up my truck and the issue seemed to have been fixed. 3 weeks later it’s back and is at least twice as bad. I can only assume they did some temporary fix that ended up making the issue even worse. I will not be returning to Toyota of Rockwall to service my truck.
From check-in to check-out, Kasey kept me informed about the status of my vehicle every step of the way. She followed my requests, clearly explained any additional services that were recommended, and made sure I understood my options. She also applied a veteran discount, which I greatly appreciated. This was the first time I have received a veteran discount at this dealership, even though I have been coming here for almost a year. Kasey's excellent communication and customer service made for a great experience.
I have now purchased two new vehicles from Toyota of Rockwall, and both experiences rank among the worst I’ve ever had buying a car. I cannot recommend this dealership under any circumstances.
I placed a $1,000 deposit to reserve a specific vehicle with an expected arrival date of June 6. It was the exact trim and options I wanted. I made it very clear to the salesperson that I would be out of town at the end of May and would not be able to take delivery early. I was explicitly assured this would not be a problem.

It was a great car buying experience. Isai was the best in making sure I got the vehicle I was looking for. He went above and beyond by keeping me up to date and always responded quickly to my questions.
I believe the dealership strives to take care of it's customers. They took my car in for oil change on time and did it in a timely manner.
Good service. But I was expected some discounts on first time oil change with them. But turns me down for this time.
The service personnel were attentive in helping you and get the job done in time. The only thing I noticed was my car was water sprayed to looks like it’s been car washed. If it’s your dealership’s practice to complimentary do so, it was not done thoroughly.

what is the purpose of checking and writing it down specifically for 'Front driver floor mat clips"? instead of check batter, windshield wipers, signals, etc. I have been there many times and every single time they list this item on the final slip.

The overall service of the dealership is decent, but I wanted to brag on one of the service employees, Kawa. I came in today needed a repeat service and he was so helpful and kind. He had tons of integrity in a situation where he didn’t need to. Went out of my way to send this review because he was so great.
