I took my 2015 Avalon in for service this week, and I found the personnel at the service department to be very professional and hospitable. It is always a pleasure to have work done at Toyota of Rockwall.
I took the vehicle for service and after it was completed I noticed the fill cap was unsecured and some of my setting were changed. Service technicians should pay more attention to detail.
Isai was awesome along with Steve Powell and Jeff Land. Would recommend to all family and friends.
Service rep was excellent but when I went to the cashier they tried to overcharge me. If I did not look over the bill I would have paid an extra 100 over what I was quoted. Service rep adjusted and apologized right away.
I was told up front how long it would take to service my vehicle. my experience was with this dealership was pleasant.
I was able to get help from Vu, he was very kind understanding and helpful. Helped us understand what was a better option for us did everything he could do in his power to help us with our brand new car.
My service tech, Carl, called and told me the recall was ready to go and asked if he could proceed with ordering the parts. I have not had the recall fixed as of yet. I will report back when the engine has been replaced.
Ryan was excellent and let me know all that was being done and in a timely manner. He is a keeper !!

I went in to request an estimate for climate control problems with my 2018 Lexus. Sam Heidel met me and immediately went to work. He talked with parts and the mechanic to get me the estimate on the spot. I thought on it for a few days then scheduled the appointment. He told me it would be on Wednesday and it was ready Thursday because parts had to be ordered. I visited the dealership a couple of times to see what work was being done. Everyone is super nice and provides excellent service! They make sure you anre comfortable and provide bottled water annd coffee and food truck! Prices are not so bad either! I got a quote on the tires I wanted two other places in Terrell, Tx and they were cheaper and came with a realignment. Thanks for the great service!

Staff is friendly, but the online booking process is ridiculously horrible. 2 recalls on my new truck, an oil change, and a couple of TSB issues. I was told I had to leave it for hours to do the warranty/TSB work as the oil change techs couldn’t do anything other than that. Would have been nice to know when booking the service online versus driving 35 minutes only to be told in person. Not sure if I’ll go back, and may look elsewhere for service.

We bought our Highlander several years ago. TOR keeps our Highlander in tip top shape where you always feel safe and depend on it to get you anywhere. They also alert us to future service to take care of our car.
I’ve go a issue with the transmission we will have to see how it handled Sam has been great
This dealership is the best place to get or have a car serviced in Rockwall. I have bought 4 vehicles from them and because I am a Uber, Lyft and rideshare driver have had my car serviced there almost every month for 5 years. Their service department with Mick, Kasey and Sam are the most helpful, reliable and trustworthy experts I have used for years. I highly recommend them.
